Digital Access Policy

This Digital Access Policy describes how access to is granted, maintained and terminated. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. When access begins

Access begins only after your … payment has been verified by our server via a confirmed Razorpay webhook. Access is not activated by the checkout page, the browser or any client-side event.

2. Access duration

Each successful purchase grants exactly … of digital access. This is not lifetime access and it is not a recurring subscription.

3. Access expiry

At the end of the access window, access to the reader, audio and PDF automatically ends. Your account and listening progress are preserved so you can resume if you renew.

4. Renewal

To continue after expiry, you may pay … again to unlock another … window. We do not automatically charge your payment method.

5. Website-only access

The audiobook and PDF are consumed on this website only. There is no dedicated desktop or mobile application, and no offline download feature is provided.

6. No visible downloads

The reader intentionally does not expose direct download links to the source audio, PDF or caption files. Media is delivered through short-lived signed URLs that are validated against your active access.

7. Internet connection required

A stable internet connection is required to stream the audio, load the PDF and synchronise your listening progress across devices.

8. Login responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Access is granted per account and is personal to the account holder.

9. No guarantee against recording

We use standard protections such as private storage, signed URLs and access checks, but no digital delivery system can prevent all forms of screen recording, audio capture or physical reproduction. Any such recording or redistribution is prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements in how we deliver the audiobook. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
